This notice explains how Quorum Business Solutions Ltd (“Quorum”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through this website. We are the data controller for that data.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to enter into the consultation form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and the content of your message. Our server also records the IP address of form submissions for a short period in order to limit spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To send you an automated acknowledgement confirming that we received your message.
- To prevent abuse of the form (rate limiting on IP address).
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, our email delivery provider, and are then held in our business email system. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. Rate-limiting records are held for minutes, not longer.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.
